Nothing topped the meaning that these hockey cards still hold. Here is the special feature that still ranks among the most-read articles that I've written since 2011:

These stories were specifically written for people who like to read, but don't have much time to do actually do so. Humor, horror, mystery, adventure, travel, sports and a few selected stories are all wrapped inside this mini-tome.

Some readers like to write reviews of the book on the Amazon site as well. All comments are welcomed. Well, the good ones are, lol, but you know what I mean.

Philadelphia Flyers

Great to see old friend Brian Boucher back in the organization. He's a true team player who will offer depth in the AHL and be available for a call-up in case of injury. (While I don't wish either of the Flyers top 2 goalies ill, it would be nice to see "Boosh" get one more start in orange and black.)

Nice to add depth on defense as well. Kurtis Foster is a huge man and a journeyman. Think Adreas Lilja. A decent sixth D-man.

While those types of guys aren't All-Stars, they matter.

Philadelphia Eagles

Round and round and round they go....
It's challenging to tell who the Eagles new head coach will actually be. The interview candidates must surely know that this organization is in deep transition and that a return to prominence will be difficult any time soon.

Baseball cards

Bygone days spent with elementary school days and family members opening packs of Topps cardboard gold never truly fade away.

Classic Headline: Three Flyers' Legends

Each of these Flyers' legends (Brian Propp, Dave Poulin and Tim Kerr) deserved their own feature article:
