Flyers -
Great Flyers game last night against the Anaheim Ducks. Down 3-0, they rallied, scored late in the third to tie and won in OT.
Bryzgalov returned to the net, looked shaky on the first goal, but played decently after that.
Jagr returned and got the first two goals. Hartnell's goal tied the game. Giroux's goal won the game in OT. All four tallies came on the power play no less.
This is not a one-line team, but it was in this game.
Phillies -
The team doesn't necessarily need to make a splash at the Winter Meetings in Texas next week, but they need to at least lay the ground work for a few good moves.
Their offense must be increased by more than bench additions and one player (either a new platoon player at shortstop, or a new shortstop) might not be enough to accomplish that task.
